LEVER LAUNCH
You reach a high wall. Before you is a plank resting on a fulcrum. Above is a heavy chandelier on a thin chain. How will you get up the wall?
This puzzle is simple but fun for players to solve.
Solutions:
Use a spell or projectile to destroy the chain and launch yourself sky high.
With a top-notch grapple or spider climb, players can skip the puzzle. So be it!
If players come up with something, go with it!
Notes for DM:
Be sure that your wall is too high to jump, grapple or teleport up.
Describe the chain breaking and the chandelier crashing down with a noisy explosion that sends players whizzing through the room!
Replace the chandelier with a big ogre. A quick arrow to the nape of the neck can send it’s body crashing down onto the lever.
